This inspired my passion to support others through Psychosynthesis counselling, integrative psychotherapy, and therapeutic massage, helping you reconnect with your true self and restore balance.
My holistic approach treats mind, body, emotions, and spirit as interconnected. If you want therapy for emotional challenges or personal and spiritual growth, I offer a safe, compassionate space to explore and heal. For massage, I provide treatments to ease tension, promote relaxation, and support emotional balance. By combining therapy and massage, I address the whole person.
