If you are thinking of booking your first session, please be aware that it will normally involve an initial interview, where you can tell me more about your problems and dilemmas and have an opportunity to talk to someone in a confidential, non-judgmental and safe environment. I will also be able to gather more information about you that could be helpful further on should you decide to commit to it. This commitment would mean agreeing to meet with me weekly at the same day and time for a 60-minute session. However, you are free to end therapy at any time. Also, it is up to you to decide how deeply you want to engage in this process and to determine whether you would prefer short-term or long-term therapy.
I see clients face-to-face and can arrange online meetings if necessary. I charge £ 50 per hour and may offer concessions in certain circumstances.
